Graduate Trainee Consultant

At Energize we don't just give you a phone and a laptop we provide you with a structured in house and external training course to get you into the right habits from the start.

The six month programme is designed to give the country's top graduates the skills they require for a successful long term career in recruitment. The course covers all search techniques, process control and business development. At the end of the intensive course you will be ready to become a successful consultant.

Recruitment Consultant

Running your own desk as your own business with your own clients is very challenging and as a result Energize offers an exceptional commission structure (paying up to 30%), incentives (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) and healthy basics including car allowances. The on target earnings (OTE) for a consultant at Energize is £53,700.

Senior Consultant

A senior consultant's role could be the most difficult job in recruitment, balancing new business development, client management, delivery and mentoring. You will be responsible for helping with the training and development of the junior members of the team, thus giving you valuable management experience.

Again a structured development programme is in place to gain the necessary skills to become a Senior Consultant and then a Managing Consultant. On Target earnings for a senior consultant is £70,000.

Managing Consultant

The role of a Managing Consultant is to develop talent, mentor and lead. Managing a team of up to six consultants you will be responsible for recruitment, inductions, one to ones, training needs analysis and forecasting. The MC is responsible for his/hers teams performance and the strategic direction of the division.

You will be given full autonomy and be expected to attend quarterly board meetings presenting on your business and where you want to take it.
