Energize Recruitment Solutions was founded by Directors Craig Molloy and Gavin Jones.  The duo met whilst working as Senior Managers at the Caudwell Group and decided to utilise their industry knowledge and expertise to set up Energize Recruitment Solutions.  The long term vision was to create a global brand which is known for exceptional delivery and service to candidates and clients in a fun and professional environment

Initially working from Craig’s home office the two managed to secure some prestigious assignments including a project worth £500,000 allowing them to move into their own offices and start the initial growth of the business. The ambition didn’t stop there and more significant client wins with some major blue-chip companies allowed Energize to move into brand new ‘state of the art’ office in Didsbury, Manchester.

The future is exciting with plans to create a ‘super office’ in Manchester with a number of strategically placed Regional Offices to support new channels and demand from our ever growing National and International client base.
