Inclarity Communications Ltd

Background & Scope:

Inclarity are one of the market leading Hosted IP Telephony providers in the UK. They have experienced growth of 1400% over the past 5 years.  Their Head Office is located in Central London with a Regional office in Warrington, Cheshire.

The business has won numerous awards and accreditations for their technology and growth including Frost & Sullivan European Excellence in Technology Award, The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 and were ranked as Europe's 109th fastest growing technology company in the annual Deloitte European Technology Fast 500 awards.

The Challenge:

Inclarity were originally looking at engaging with one provider to grow a direct sales team to cover the UK. Due to the aggressive growth the operational side of the business and back office would have to follow suit. In summary Inclarity wanted a recruitment partner of choice across Sales, Operations and Support to deliver on the following roles:

The growth was aggressive and it was fundamental to the project that Inclarity were able to upgrade the talent within their organisation. As the hosted IP market was still in its infancy, obvious hunting grounds were limited and direct competitors were few and far between.

The Solution:

Energize had to combine a number of methods to deliver the headcount Inclarity required within the specified times frame. The primary solution employed to attract the necessary talent was proactive search & selection. Due to the immaturity of the hosted telephony market, not only did Energize have to headhunt from Inclarity’s direct competitors but also had to identify related companies in the telecommunication market with staff that possessed a transferable skill set.

The Result:

Energize managed to deliver the right people within the right time frames. Many of the vacancies were extremely challenging however due to Energize’s pro-active and imaginative approach all of Inclarity’s requirements we met.

Interview to offer ratios have been as good as one to one.
