Executive Recruitment is a new division within Energize and has been spurned out of the success of the IT and the Sales Divisions. We focus on placing senior level executives within the ICT markets which in turn helps our clients build world class leadership teams.

Within Exec we are building upon our reputation for delivery and offer search or selection or a combination of all our services, in order to source the best talent in the market. Salaries typically start at £60,000 with OTE's / Bonuses taking the remuneration into six figures.

We have delivered a range of projects so far including a Sales Management team for one of the major mobile networks, a team of Strategic New Business Executives for a leading Unified Communications company and a Sales Director for a PBX reseller.

Energize have also successfully placed a number of Executive IT professionals ranging from Programme Directors, Project Managers and Senior Architects to IT Managers again all within the ICT market.
