The executive search and selection process starts with a meeting to discuss and understand your requirements in full. Based on this we will propose a solution to identify the best possible candidates. Typically our assignments will be agreed on a retained basis and the timescales will vary dependant on the seniority of the position.
Each project is tailored to the exact needs of the client and each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as a single point of contact. The account managers will manage a team of candidate resourcers, each equipped with the relevant technical expertise.
