Do you fancy joining an energetic team for a company who will develop you into progressing up the food chain? We are looking for an extremely customer centric individual to deliver 1st line support troubleshooting for this company. You will need to be able to digest customer issues, empathize with them and put their mind at ease and assure them that the issue will be sorted efficiently and effectively.

Of course part of your remit will be someone that can think quickly on their feet, establish the customer issue, and ascertain who to refer the issue on to in the form of raising tickets. Can you be presented with a customer issue and not only empathise with them but also investigate deep enough to be able to establish who needs to be contacted to remediate the problem? Investigating deep enough to give the 2nd or 3rd line support a head-start and ultimately do your part to contribute to this collaborative team environment.
