Do you fancy joining an energetic team at a reputable well established B2B VoIP provider? We are looking for an extremely customer centric individual to deliver 2nd line technical support involving analysis of SIP Traces for this company's clients. You will be joining a team of 3 support agents delivering effective customer support to existing clients across industries.

Having Wireshark or Palladion is crucial as well as the appetite to cross train and develop your career as this will impact the quality provided by the organisation.

If all of the above sounds like this position has your name written all over it, then this is good news, however, there is 1 more crucial must - you will need some B2B telecoms telephony and connectivity customer service experience as well as knowledge on SIP Tracing.
