The Role
This is a cross-functional role and you will a play a key role in the day to day running of the business. The variety of the role allows you to work across our Sales, HR and Marketing departments in supporting the business in achieving its company goals.

Typical Duties
*Ordering Office Supplies
*Answering the phone, diverting calls and taking messages
*Dealing with all on-site visitors including guests and deliveries
*Day-to-day management of the office ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
*Event Management i.e. venue sourcing and stakeholder management
*First point of contact for hardware issues such as IT & Telephony
*Assisting with the production of internal communications
*Booking travel including European flights and trains
*Ensuring new employees are set up ensuring a 'best in-class' onboarding experience
*Calendar co-ordination of internal training schedules
*Data Management within CRM system
*Ad hoc marketing duties including:
Data Formatting for customer service portal
Basic Graphic and Visual Design
Social Media publishing (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
*Internal & external compliance
*Project work

Skills Required
*Extremely competent with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
