An award-winning B2B marketing agency have been going from strength-to-strength and with Paid Media being one of their fastest growing departments, they are now looking to appoint a Junior Paid Media Manager to come on board to support their growth and success.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with strong experience in Paid Search and Paid Social looking to bolster their skills and level of responsibility in an energetic agency environment.

We are looking for someone with the depth of knowledge in Google AdWords, experience of working across various platforms and channels (primarily Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn) and a willingness to work across an assortment of mainly B2B market sectors.

So what will you be doing?

*Set up, manage and optimise cross-channel Paid Search, Paid Social and Display advertising campaigns
*Collaborate with the Head of Media and Paid Media Manager to develop cross-channel strategies to maximise ROI for clients
*Conduct extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance across multiple channels
*Provide strategic media and planning support including targeting strategies, forecasting and budget tracking/ allocation
*Provide a deep understanding of market trends and client's businesses in order to build highly competitive campaign structures
*Identify new business opportunities and areas of growth for clients and agency
*Work closely with integrated teams across a number of disciplines
*Support on pitches

The Skills

*Proven hands on experience in launching and managing Paid Search campaigns is a must. Any Paid Social experience is a plus but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided to all new joiners
*Knowledge of Programmatic Display platforms including SA360 a bonus!
*Prior agency or client-side experience
*Experience of working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics and others)
*Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Driven, detail-oriented and with bags of enthusiasm!
