I'm currently recruiting a Social Media Executive/Manager for an independent communications agency based in Central London.
They are a purposefully boutique agency with the ideology that some of the best and most fun work comes from small flexible agencies. They specialise in "moment-in-time" innovators (clients who are big in to their innovation/in the growth stage). A bonus of this being that they work with a range of different clients ranging from Food to Fashion to Health to Finance. However, that's not to say that they don't also work with some large established brands that are looking to shake things up.
You will get involved in planning & strategy, content creations, copywriting, social listening, setting up social channels for new clients, influencer marketing and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have agency-side social experience, excellent copywriting skills and must be happy to work with a hands-on approach. To fit in here you need to be positive, a self-starter and fit in with the company's values of passion, intelligence & commitment.
Salary for this role ranges between £26,000 and £30,000 DOE. Not to mention the flexible hours, company trips, personal incentives and the ability to work from home 3 days a month.
