The Role:
The successful Recruitment Consultant will have a role that will involve;
• Full recruitment cycle (360 role)
• The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for new business generation, business development calls to potential clients, establishing the decision maker and pitching Energize Recruitment Solutions to complement their existing recruitment methods
• Selecting candidates via headhunting, referrals, advertising, and utilising our existing database
• Pre screening candidates, and interviewing in full either on the telephone or face to face if necessary
• Required to attend client visits, and networking events
• Negotiating rates with perspective clients
The Candidate:
The successful Recruitment Consultant will;
• Ideally you’re background will be in IT/ Technical Recruitment, either contract or perm. We cover everything within IT / Technical, from 1st line support roles, to SEO / PPC roles to senior IT executive roles
• You will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets set in your Recruitment Consultant position
• You will be new business focused with the drive to win and maintain new client relationships
• Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have the passion and drive to achieve the highest results and possess a real hunger to earn money. You will have been a Recruitment Consultant in your previous position.
