The Company:
The company was founded in 1995 and currently employs over 200 staff in over 20 countries across Europe. They are focused concentrates exclusively on enterprise-wide workforce management. The company's founders hold a majority interest and therefore the company can independently implement its long-term corporate strategy. Year by year, revenues and headcount show double and treble-figure growth rates. Their sustained profitability is financing both its growth strategy and the development of its technological expertise.

The Role:
New business sales. Achieving annual sales target of £750k, with typical order values £50k to £400k and above. Lead generation by way of extensive prospecting/ cold calling/ networking. Contribution to existing company lead generation activities - trade shows, mail-shots, cold call campaigns, etc. Home-based position with frequent travel in UK and Europe. Reporting to UK Sales Director.

The Candidate:
Proven ability in closing new business sales and delivering on annual and quarterly forecasts. Commitment and personal drive - ‘self starter’ mentality with ability to work on own initiative. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication / presentations skills. Ability to work with and effectively present challenging concepts. Willingness and ability to undertake frequent travel in the UK and occasional travel in Europe. Personal organization and time management skills. Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business administration, computer science or other numerate discipline 5+ years of sales experience at the upper mid-market and enterprise level Proven track record of achieving new business sales targets in complex sale, competitive environment Proven track record in consultative value proposition/ business case driven sales of complex enterprise software to all levels of management Proven track record of sales into the public sector Experience in sales of Workforce Management software is definitely an advantage. Specifically we welcome applicants who have successfully sold the following products (or similar): Crown Computing, Smart Human Logistics, Aspect eWFM / TCS, Witness / Blue Pumpkin, Genesys WFM, Open Wave, Teleopti, Pipkins, Q-Max
