The Role:
We are expanding our product offerings to address new business areas and enter brand new markets, one of these is the Business Intelligence marketplace.
You will be required to develop and sell strategic Enterprise Data Ware House(EDW) and Business Intelligence(BI) systems at the highest levels within the largest organizations.
Recognized as an expert in your area, you'll be selling solutions that change the ways in which companies work, not just selling a product.
You will be expected to close business with customers and prospects at the highest levels.
Engaged in both new business and existing accounts, you'll define and implement sales plans that will create and develop new opportunities.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for developing a sales funnel and closing sales into this new market.
Develop territory Sales Plans
Develop a target list of prospects for new BI and EDW solutions
Develop custom approaches to propose to prospects in order to maximise sales
Deliver revenue to plan
Create qualified funnel
Collaborate with virtual team to orchestrate complete Customer solution
The Candidate:
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in business or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant experience
Significant experience in selling large EDW and BI solutions and Detailed knowledge of EDW and BI market
Familiarity with large database and/or Data warehousing environments
Experience in working with c-level customers in large multi national organizations
Experience in developing and closing large multi million dollar deals
Hardware or software vendor experience working with customers
Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenues
A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
