“There is no requirement to sift through 100s of CV’s as Energize do this for you, there is no requirement to undergo initial telephone interviews as they do this for you also. By the time you receive the CV’s, all the screening and Interviewing has already been done and you’re confident you only have the highest calibre and best matched candidates to interview I am about to use Energize again and will continue to do so going forward.
