Energize shortlisted by Institute of Customer Service
Energize Recruitment Solutions is again delighted to be named by the UK Institute of Customer Service among the finalists for the 2018 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies that ‘have led to an improvement in customer satisfaction and performance’, making the feedback process accessible to customers and ‘closing the loop’.
Energize has previously been nominated for The NEC Customer Feedback Strategy Award in 2016; with former winners including Scottish Water and Direct Line.
