Our Graduate scheme is designed to give our Graduates Trainees a well structured and challenging introduction to recruitment. At Energize we have created an environment where Graduates are supported and encouraged to achieve their long term goals.  Our programme has produced Energize’s top talent, many of which are now senior members of the business having achieved either Principal or Managing Consultant status. 

All Graduates who make it onto our Graduate Scheme will enroll from day one on our twelve week training Academy “Energize’s A to Z of Recruitment”. This is a course that has been specifically designed to cover all areas of the Recruitment Process.  The course is split into two six week segments and is a mix of recruitment theory and practical application.  It will cover all areas of recruitment from both  candidate and client perspective.  In a snapshot, the Academy will cover the follwing areas.

 Unlike many recruitment companies, our Graduate Trainees will not be set any revenue targets in the first twelve weeks which allows sole focus on learning the intricacies of recruitment whilst also building knowledge of their vertical market
